Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note on Cast Iron Specifics:
- Minor Rust: Cast iron is susceptible to rust if exposed to moisture. Minor surface rust is not a defect and can be easily cleaned and seasoned. We do not accept returns for minor rust spots that occur due to humidity during transit or improper storage.
- Seasoning Variations: Our products are pre-seasoned by hand. Uneven seasoning color or minor texture variations are normal and are not defects. They will even out with use.
- Rough Texture: Traditional sand-cast iron has a natural texture. This is a characteristic of authenticated cast iron, not a flaw.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Used or cooked-in cookware
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper seasoning by the customer
Return Shipping
Since cast iron cookware is heavy, return shipping costs can be significant.
- Defective/Wrong Item: We will arrange for a free pickup and replacement.
- Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
